Uniform Distribution is the week of January 16-23. If you have not yet picked up your uniform bag you can come to the Command Center anytime between 10am and 6pm. If you will be coming from out of town and do not arrive before January 23rd please contact our office at (305) 474-6975 to schedule a time to pick-up your uniform. Please make sure that you have finalized your schedule before you arrive to get your uniform. To access your schedule go to www.MyVolunteerPage.com and click on "My Activities." To add activities to your schedule simply click "Activity Signup." Please note that you are required to work at least two 5-hour shifts.

Ambassador Program

The Volunteer Services Department of the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee provides dedicated and hospitable Ambassadors for the production and success of Super Bowl XLIV and Pro Bowl 2010 activities.  The Volunteer Services Department is committed to recruiting and training enthusiastic Ambassadors to ensure visitors experience the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and South Florida at its best.  Ambassadors of the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee will represent South Florida and its diverse community as the premier host for past and future Super Bowls. 

Ambassador Opportunities

Airport Ambassadors
Airport Ambassadors are the first South Florida touch point for Pro Bowl 2010 and Super Bowl XLIV visitors and it is critical for this experience to be an enjoyable one.  Ambassadors at the airports provide an enthusiastic welcome to Super Bowl guests at the major airports in South Florida: Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, Miami International Airport and Palm Beach International Airport.  Airport Ambassadors should be friendly and greet guests with warm smiles while providing answers about Super Bowl XLIV and Pro Bowl 2010. Airport Ambassadors communicate game, special event, and transportation information and also distribute NFL, Host Committee, and hospitality publications. 

Fan Plaza Ambassadors
Game Day Fan Plaza will be the main entryway onto the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl stadium campuses. The event will be designed to give fans an exciting, dynamic and festive area to celebrate prior to both games. The area will include merchandise, food and beverage, sponsor activation, and entertainment. The event will also be open on additional days during Super Bowl week to host various youth activities and clinics. The FLAG Nationals will be held on a football field inside the fan plaza area on Pro Bowl Sunday.

Hotel Ambassadors
Hotel Ambassadors will staff visitor information booths located in hotel lobbies for guests visiting South Florida during Pro Bowl 2010 and Super Bowl XLIV.  Ambassadors will be responsible for greeting and answering guests' questions about Super Bowl and Pro Bowl events.  Hotel Ambassadors will be able to inform guests of the event details while also distributing NFL, Host Committee, and hospitality publications.  Personable and friendly people are most desirable for this position. 

Special Event Ambassadors
Special Events Ambassadors take part in creating a hospitable atmosphere at special events hosted by the NFL and the Host Committee.  Special events typically take place during the month of January through the week of Super Bowl in February 2010.  Special events range in size and duration and vary in requirements.  Special events include private and public parties, seminars, youth clinics, etc.
